50 to defect IPC in Ruacana as 12 quit

A group of 12 Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) party defectors from Omusati region led by Ruacana branch founding chairperson Imms Shikongo cited tribalism, lack of democracy within the party for their defection.
Shikongo in an exclusive interview with Confidente warned that 50 more members from Ruacana branch were deserting the IPC on April 30, after helping to establish IPC base in Ruacana last year in September.

Amongst the 12 that quit the party are the founding chairperson of the Ruacana branch Imms Shikongo and Paulus Petrus the founding committee member for Ruacana branch.
