ACC hunts for five graft suspects

AT least five people are wanted in connection with corruption cases by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), with the latest suspect sought being Meriam ‘Baba’ Afrikaner, who was employed as an interpreter at the Rehoboth and Katutura magistrates’ courts.

It is alleged that Afrikaner committed the corrupt activity that cost the State at least N$80 000 in Rehoboth.

The commission has been looking for the accused person since January 2019, to no avail.

Other suspects wanted for similar cases are Lameck Omushamane Amwaanyena Identification (ID) number: 830603 102 1 1.
