SOME companies that failed to secure an N$2.65 million cleaning tender in Okahandja have reported the CEO Alphons Tjitombo to the ACC director-general Paulus Noa.

The companies claim that Tjitombo and his subordinates handpicked out-of-town companies for a tender reserved for the benefit of its inhabitants, in particular, and strictly firms within the Otjozondjupa region.
