Alleged fish fraudsters swindle another N$471k

ANamibian citizen Abel Paulus and a Congolese national Rodney Mangendo are accused of defrauding a Nigerian national of fish worth N$471 000 by supplying rotten sardine fish to the buyer, who had invested his money in a bid to start his fish business in Namibia.
Last week, Confidente reported that the duo of Paulus and Mangendo allegedly defrauded a Zambian company, Mostaz of horse mackerel worth nearly N$500 000.
Nigerian Ijeibor Monday was allegedly introduced by Mangendo to a Namibian fishing company called AP Trading Enterprise owned by Paulus, where he bought the fish from.
