AMTA boss accused of favouritism

THE managing director at Agro-Marketing and Trade Agency (AMTA) Lucas Lungameni is being accused of favouritism for allegedly increasing the salary of the current acting procurement officer Aletta Nelenge without following the company’s policies.

In a letter seen by Confidente, an employee who prefers to remain anonymous wrote that the acting procurement officer is appointed in a position which is five grades higher than her position, although it is against the company’s human resource policies.
