At least 1 200 Covid-19 positive patients sent home

WITH surging Covid-19 cases, Confidente can reveal that at least 1 200 positive patients have been allowed to go home where they are expected to self-isolate and treat themselves.

The arrangement, emanating from an acute lack of quarantine facilities has induced fear that these patients who cannot be monitored and whose movements cannot be restricted pose an increased risk of escalating the positive cases within various communities.
