Audit exposes usakos rot

USAKOS chief executive officer, Ivin Lombard and other top executives named in a damning audit report compiled by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development may be suspended if they fail to provide adequate explanations and proof of how irregularities in the report have been addressed.
The audit came as a request from the office of the Usakos mayor on May 22 2019 which requested the ministry to assist in carrying out an urgent special investigation to ascertain the extent of the possible financial mismanagement and maladministration at the council.
