Blood sisters up in arms over N$2m property

FORMER deputy director in the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, Florence Sibanda and her sister Angela Winnie Kandandu are up in arms over property worth N$2 million.

According to Florence amongst the properties her sister Kandandu ‘stole and sold’ were two houses and three cars.

“l was not in the country when my family sold everything that belonged to me including my three cars, my two houses and many other properties. The reason why she sold my property is because she was claiming that l’m mentally disturbed which is not true. I have not been talking to my family for 15 years, and now they are saying l’m not fine in the head.
