…Fishcor goes after fired former CEO, Nghipunya

THE company secretary of Fishcor, Josefina Nekongo, has recommended that a N$700 000 company vehicle still in the possession of incarcerated former CEO, Mike Nghipunya be returned highlighting that it remains an asset of the company despite the issue having not been addressed in his dismissal letter late last year.
Nghipunya was given a car and housing by virtue of sections 8.3 and 8.5 of his employment contract.
The vehicle, a Kia Sportage 2.0 SX CRDI AWD Auto is on Fishcor’s insurance being paid for by the company and is insured at a value of N$406 900.
