Capture claims surface in N$25b tourism industry

ALLEGATIONS of ‘monopolistic capture’ of the tourism sector- pinned down by Covid- have surfaced with some of the Federation of Namibian Tourism Associations (FENATA)’s affiliates claiming exclusion from the representative body.

FENATA acts as an umbrella organisation for tourism associations in the private sector.

As such it is the voice of the tourism industry in Namibia, serving as a communication vehicle between its members and other stakeholders, including the government.
