CEOs AXING ON BOARDS TAKES CABINET ROUTE

A formal submission barring chief executive officers of public enterprises from serving on the boards of other state owned entities will reach Cabinet imminently where a formal resolution will be made, Confidente can reveal.
In an interview with Confidente, public enterprises minister, Leon Jooste this week dispelled the notion that this directive had already been made stating that “an action letter will follow implementing this decision pending Cabinet’s formal resolution.
