city ‘corrupt’ deals to be reversed

THE recently inaugurated Council of the City of Windhoek has taken a deliberate move to review some decisions that were made by the recently departed council including the appointment of deputy chief of the City Police, Leevi Shivolo IIeka as well senior superintendent of Legal Services and Policy Development, Eliaser Iyambo.
Resolutions under the spotlight also extend to alleged corrupt and irregular decisions by individuals such as former chairperson of the Management Committee, Moses Shikwa, a source close to the matter told Confidente this week.
