City-Kahimise affair about to lapse

CHIEF Executive Officer of the City of Windhoek, Robert Kahimise is set to end his bumpy relationship with the municipality after being offered the top job of CEO at the Central Northern Electricity Distributor (Cenored) which supplies the Otjozondjupa and Omaheke regions with electricity.
