Community heroine Namises passes on

RELATIVES and Katutura community members have expressed sorrow towards the passing of Orlindi House of Safety founder Claudia Namises describing her as a ‘phenomenal heroine’.
The selfless woman who had taken care of orphans and vulnerable children since 2004 died on Sunday due to Covid-19, at age 67.
Speaking to Confidente this week, renowned human rights activist Rosa Namises described her late sister as an unconditionally loving mother who had the heart and patience to nurture newborn babies.
