ETOSHA national park chief control warden, Elias Namandje Amunime who was last year convicted of attempted murder and served an effective six months has walked back into his job soon after his release, Confidente can reveal.

The remaining six months of his sentence were suspended for five years by the Outjo magistrate’s court on the basis that Amunime is not again convicted of attempted murder.

Sources close to the matter have also told Confidente that he allegedly earned his salary while serving his sentence.
