Cop sues colleague for N$4m

WARRANT officer Tuyenikelao-Ndinelao Sunday Mwashindange is suing Joseph Shikesho who is member of the Oshana police for N$4 450 000 for allegedly unlawfully arresting her in 2019 at Ondangwa.
Mwashindange is claiming the arrest and detention violated her constitutional rights.
According to court documents, Mwashindange was arrested and charged for corruption by Shikesho on September 2 2019 and detained for a day at a police station in Ondangwa.
