Differentiate corruption from witch-hunts: Nandi-Ndaitwah

By Confidente Reporter

Swapo vice president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says there should be a difference between corruption and witchhunts.

Nandi-Ndaitwah told Confidente during an exclusive interview that corruption is an animal that can fight back.

She also said that society should fight corruption, which is treason.

According to Nandi-Ndaitwah, selfishness was killing the nation, and as Swapo Party members, they were not conducting party matters according to the constitution, directives and procedures.

Asked if the people were happy with the Swapo Party, she said: “If we follow directives, we will not face challenges. We know how to communicate with the people.”

Nandi-Ndaitwah said the Swapo Party has focused on four priorities – education, agriculture, housing and health – since 1990.
