Dozens face retrenchment, salary cuts at Gobabis firm

HORDES of employees at Williams Metaalwerke, owned by businessman Arno Williams in Gobabis are faced with the grim reality of salary cuts and possible retrenchment with management blaming poor production.

The sad reality faced by the group of employees is contained in a leaked internal memo from the company’s management to employees which is authored in thinly veiled threats.
