Female football referees eye coaching posts

• By Michael Uugwanga

TWO female referees who attended the Namibia Football Association (NFA) C Licence training in Rundu have expressed a desire to work in coaching.

Kaalina Singwali, an assistant referee in the Kavango East region’s second division, made no secret that the course opened many doors for her, and she is considering becoming a coach one day.

The NFA C Licence training began on August 15 and concluded on August 24.

The training saw coaches from the North East First Division, the Kavango East region’s sports officer, Erastus Someno, and the two referees in attendance.
