Fishcor CEO race heats up

SEVEN new candidates have emerged as the front runners for the chief executive officer (CEO) position at troubled parastatal Fishcor; this after the initial processes which found Fisheries Observer Agency CEO Stanley Ndara victorious was annulled by the Ministry of Public Enterprises.
Confidente can exclusively reveal that the front runners are former Fisheries Observer Agency CEO and director in the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Hafeni Mungungu, deputy chairperson of the Central Procurement Board of Namibia, Lischen Ramakhutla, Ndeshi Akwenye who has been a senior manager at Namibia Breweries Ltd, Saima Ntinda, a former chief internal auditor at Air Namibia, Ferdinand Ganaseb who was an engineering and technical services executive at TransNamib, Alex Gawanab who is director of business improvement at Swakop Uranium and Jonisiu Kambwale, finance manager at NEPC.
