FLYNAMIBIA Managing Director Andre Compton says the newly introduced Windhoek Eros Airport to Lüderitz flights demonstrates their commitment to fostering the country’s development and improving connectivity and accessibility.

This comes after FlyNamibia and TotalEnergies EP Namibia entered into a partnership that will see FlyNamibia frequenting the Lüderitz route from Monday to Friday beginning July 3.

Compton said the inaugural flight from the Eros Airport to Lüderitz will take place on July 3, marking a significant milestone for FlyNamibia and the Namibian aviation industry.

We hope that by introducing this route, we will give new chances for local companies as well as a gateway for tourists to discover the wonders of Lüderitz.

“The flight schedule has been methodically organised to accommodate both leisure and business passengers, with convenient connections to other domestic and international destinations,” he said.

Compton said the addition of the Eros Airport–Lüderitz route reinforces FlyNamibia’s position as a leading airline in the region, contributing to the growth of Namibia’s economy and tourism industry and further connecting travellers to the country’s extraordinary destinations.

“We are committed to supporting the growth of the Namibian economy and the thriving tourism industry, and we would like to thank TotalEnergies EP Namibia for their assistance in launching this new venture
