FNB Women Super League on this weekend

THE FNB Women Super League (WSL) kicks off this weekend with Ramblers Women FC hosting second-placed NUST Babes at the Ramblers Stadium at 15H00 today (Friday), followed by Namib Daughters hosting V-Power Angels at 14H00 on Saturday.

Other matches on Saturday include bottom club Okahandja FC taking on champions Ongos FC at 11h00 and last season’s second-placed and injury-plagued Girls and Goals facing an informed Beauties FC at 14h00 at the Namibia Football Association (NFA) Technical Centre. UNAM Bokkies are up against a revitalized Khomas NamPol at the NFA Technical Centre at 17H00 on Saturday. At the same time, a wounded Ongwediva Queens, who left the capital scoreless the previous weekend, can win at home against Arrows Ladies at Oshakati Stadium at 11H00.

On Sunday, there will be some fascinating duals, with Namib Daughters, who earned a point against Girls and Goals last weekend in a 0-0 draw, hosting Ongos at 11:00.
