Former IPC Member Forms an Association in Omuthiya

By Allexer Namundjembo

Moses Bingu Alfeus, a founding member of the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) and former Vice Chairperson for the Omuthiya Constituency in the Oshikoto region, has formed an Omuthiya People’s Association (OPA).

Alfeus explained that political party leaders tend to give orders to districts where they do not reside instead of allowing district leaders who leave those communities to make the decisions.

‘’Political party top leaders tend to give orders to districts where they have never been instead of allowing district leaders to make decisions because they live in the communities. It hurts me when someone with no pillow in Omuthiya must make decisions for the residents of Omuthiya using the so-called District part representatives,’’ he stated.
