Gay couple wants citizenship

ANOTHER gay couple who got married in South Africa is battling to obtain Namibian citizenship in a bid to have their marriage and residence rights recognised in Namibia.
Namibian Johann Hendrik Potgieter and Matsobane Daniel Digashu (who is a South African citizen) got married in South Africa in August 2015, and are suing the government, Minister of Home Affairs and Immigration, chief of immigration, chairperson of the immigration selection board, immigration selection board, immigration tribunal, Ombudsman and the Attorney-General alleging that they are discriminating against the two based on their sexual orientation, that also violates their right to be protected.
