GIZ, WBCG face multi-million dollar lawsuit

… as local tech firm alleges N$4 billion prejudice

GERMAN development agency, the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) together with the Walvis Bay Corridor Group (WBCG) both face an intellectual property theft lawsuit for allegedly misappropriating confidential information in relation to an All Solutions Station (ASS) which local tech firm, New Technologies say was siphoned from them under false pretences to later prejudice them.

Financial projections show that the New Technologies stood to make in excess of N billion in the next three years from the invention.
