Gobabis tycoon dragged to court over N$1m

SCANIA Namibia is suing Gobabis logistics mogul Johannes Petrus Jooste for over N$1 million after he failed to comply with a court order.

Jooste is also a farmer in the Gobabis area.

Scania is claiming for N$1 051 560.21 in total.

According to court documents seen by Confidente, on July 2 2018 Jooste in writing undertook to settle an amount due to Scania by ways of four equal monthly installments.
