Govt splashes N$67m on private mechanics

GOVERNMENT has splashed in excess of N$67 million on private maintenance of its fleet despite having 11 fully equipped and manned State garages across the country, Confidente has learnt.

This cost that is mainly gobbled by posh luxury vehicles driven by ministers and government executives, has been spent in the last financial year.
