Huge blow for parole aspirants

JAILED high treason convicts, Adour Mutalife Chika, Martin Siano Tubaundule and Fabian Thomas Simiyasa who were pursuing freedom via parole, have had their hopes shattered by the High Court, Confidente has established.

A recent High Court judgment stated that the trio do not qualify for eligibility for parole consideration under the Prisons Act. The court dismissed the case without costs and the matter was removed from the roll and is now finalised.
