ICAO project to end – Mutorwa

THE International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) project that has been running in Namibia since 2008 to strengthen the country’s civil aviation capacity but allegedly failed to produce the desired results despite millions of dollars pumped into it, is said to be coming to an end in June.
