NEWLY appointed defence minister, FransKapofi, will have his hands full dealing with issues of indiscipline within the force after it has emerged that the army is fast degenerating into a den of unruly behaviour and insubordination.
Worse still, while transparency has been an issue at the ministry for years, with the citizenry questioning the amount of money that has gone into the ‘black hole’ which is the Ministry of Defence, it has also emerged that spendthrift tendencies continue to bedevil the force.
