Irimari casts hope on multimillion dollar hospital

AT the height of the Covid-19 pandemic that has claimed over 1 000 lives, the governor of Oshana region, Elia Irimari has cast hopes on the construction of a state of the art 1 000-bed referral hospital in Ondangwa where he says an allocation of N$5 million will be channeled towards the construction of the health facility.
The governor revealed this in his state of region address in Oshakati last Friday to announce future plans for the region.
In his report Irimari noted that, one of the plans is the construction of the Ondangwa District Hospital which is set to commence next year.
