Is it ambush marketing or NFA failure in FNB WSL? .. Some referees still not paid

Women’s football is being suffocated by the Namibia Football Association (NFA), which continues to dictate how women’s football should be run, especially in the marketing department. Match officials in the FNB Women Super League (WSL) have been seen wearing Debmarine Premiership gear.

The FNB WSL is the country’s top-flight football league, which FNB sponsors on a three-year contract. Themarine Premiership is the men’s tier football league Debmarine Namibia has sponsored for the past two seasons.

FNB has invested N$7.2 million over three years, with the money going towards grants for all the participating teams, prize money for teams, referees’ gear, and administration purposes.
