Major revamp at Fresh FM
By Martha Nangombe
FAMOUS radio personality Nghishy DJ Muskateer Muniaro says he misses being on the breakfast show after it was announced he has been taken off air by Fresh FM.
The radio station announced a whole range of changes to its programming and slots in a revamp project that will see Muskateer’s Breakfast show, partner-in-crime, Delilah Katanga get a solo time slot.
“I am grateful for having had the opportunity to do radio for a year, I learnt so much from everyone on the team and I miss teasing Delilah on the morning show but other than that I am extremely happy with where I am and where this road has led me,” said Dj Muskateer.
The revamp will see Fresh FM usher in a brand-new breakfast duo on Fresh Breakfast, as NSK returns to this prime-time slot.
Excited to be back, NSK said, “I made my name hosting the Breakfast show and I am excited to continue from where I left.
I am happiest in the morning and will transfer my joy to my listener as they prepare for a brand new day.
”
NSK will be joined by Shai-Quan, a familiar voice to Fresh FM listeners who the radio station expect to cement her place on Fresh Breakfast and as a permanent part of their line-up.
Fresh Mid Mornings will be hosted by a relatively new voice to the Namibian radio industry, Arthur Daka, who has not only proven to be a talented on- air personality but a fast-rising musician as the lead singer of The Yesterdays.
