GOSPEL artist Maranatha Goroh has stepped out of her comfort zone and is working with international acts and producers, such as South African Idols winner Heinz Winckler, James Elekupo from Nigeria and many others.

With her 2nd 14-track album titled ‘Intimate Love’ underway, Goroh is ready to take the music industry by storm as she aims to penetrate into the international market to make her global music tour a success.

On the album she featured international gospel stars, such as Ntokozo Mbambo, Shaun P, Patrick Duncan, Naomi Classic and Freddie Vessels, and also worked with South African gospel star Ntokozo Mbambo on a song entitled ‘All We Need’, which was produced by Nqobeko.

“With this album, I featured different artists and producers from different countries to grow my fan base in other countries and I feel like it is an easier way to branch out and make my music more familiar out there,” she said.

Apart from spreading her wings to promote Namibian gospel in foreign countries, she has just released a sizzling single from the album titled ‘No other Love’ which was produced by Mr Glo and describes it as a song close to her heart.

Asked about the title of the newly released single, Goroh said: “Today, there are people searching for love and have to understand what love is. It is indeed the love that does not disappoint, the unconditional love of God. I believe that there is no other love like God’s love. He is the only true love.”

Goroh is not new to the music industry, she started singing at a very young age but only managed to make a name for herself in 2013. The rising gospel star has shared the stage with great local performers such as local gospel sensation D-Naff and performed on several international stages, such as TBN Africa (during Praisathon) and Christian Family Church in Johannesburg, South Africa.
