N$1.5 million allocated for MTC 4Life Project

Mobile Telecommunication Company (MTC) has reaffirmed its commitment to improving the lives of ordinary Namibians by investing N$1.5 million in the MTC 4Life project.
This Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiative, now in its third year, seeks to encourage young entrepreneurs in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector.
Launched in 2022, the MTC 4Life project aims to provide training and up-scaling programmes for 40 young Namibians aged 18 to 35.
Participants will learn practical skills and entrepreneurial expertise in eight trades, including nail artistry, brick manufacture, animation, hairdressing, catering, sewing, baking, and barbering.This year, the project has taken a more targeted approach, focusing on five regions: Otjozondjupa, Kunene, Omusati, Kavango East, and Kavango West.
