NAB top bosses accused of victimisation

THE Namibian Agronomic Board (NAB) chief executive officer Dr Fidelis Mwazi and general manager of finance, HR, administration and ICT Barbara Snyders-Bock are being accused by a group of workers of victimisation.

This injustice has led to the resignation of four employees -between January 2021 and March 2022- who could not swallow the treatment that they allegedly were receiving from the duo, Confidente can exclusively reveal.

A letter was sent to management whereby the workers raised issues that they are facing at the company, but were allegedly disregarded.
