Nedbank honours outstanding employees at 2023 Top Achievers Awards

NEDBANK Namibia Managing Director Martha Murorua has stressed the importance of the Top Achievers Awards ceremony in boosting staff morale and retention.

Speaking during the award ceremony, Murorua highlighted the bank’s dedication to investing in its employees, pointing out that Nedbank Namibia has created an excellence culture that has enabled the organisation to surpass pre-COVID levels in headline earnings by fostering individual growth and corporate expansion.
