No sanitiser at Ondangwa police station

By Marx Itamalo

THE Ondangwa police station in Oshana has flouted Covid-19 rules after it came to light that the station has no hand sanitiser at the entrance of the station. This has been going on for the past three weeks.

During a visit to the station last week by Confidente, members of the public and police officers could be seen entering the station without sanitising their hands. However, containers and their holder stands at the entrance of the station were totally empty, and unsuspecting members of the public would go to sanitise their hands only to realise there is no sanitiser.  Members of the public frequently visit the station to open cases, lay complaints, certify copies and make declarations or inquire about their relatives in custody.
