NSA sued close to N$6 million by Profile

NAMIBIA Statistics Agency (NSA) is being sued for nearly N$6 million by Profile Investments (Profile Car Hire) for alleged breach of contract and damages.

Profile Investments is claiming a total of N$5 962 224.22 – N$1 772 207.50 for 49 vehicles that have been waiting for repairs since April 7 2021; N$199 410 for two cars that have been written off since January 2021 and N$500 000 for loss of income due to vehicles that were not rented out as they allegedly had outstanding repairs.
