NSFAF requests N$1.6 billion from Govt

THE Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) acting Chief Executive Officer Kennedy Kandume, this week told Confidente that NSFAF has requested N$1.6 billion for the 2021 financial year to bankroll students studying at various institutions of higher learning.

Kandume said the fund supports between 25 000 to 27 000 continuous students and between 13 000 to 15 000 for new intakes on a yearly basis.
