THE Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) is preparing to promote their tourism offerings at The World Travel Market (WTM) Africa, which will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from April 10 to 12.

The event promises to be a watershed moment in Namibia’s quest to solidify its position as Africa’s premier family holiday destination.  NTB is expected to exhibit the country’s many landscapes, ranging from the vast dunes of the Namib Desert to the wildlife-rich plains of Etosha, to cultural enthusiasts alike, under the banner of ‘Travel.’

NTB’s goal is to enhance awareness of Namibia as a top family vacation destination among tourism industry experts, media representatives, and possible visitors to the event.

The Tourism Board also aims to improve Namibia’s brand visibility and position in the African travel market, develop leads and partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, and other travel-related companies and to drive tourism growth in Namibia by attracting more visitors and increasing visitor expenditure as well as to promote Sustainable Tourism and Responsible Travel Initiatives.
