NUST registrar resigns

EMBATTLED Namibia University of Science and Technology (Nust) registrar Maurice Garde has given notice of his resignation from the institution, Confidente can exclusively reveal.
Garde who was serving a suspension handed to him by the governing council of the institution pending investigation, is said to have made the decision in recent weeks.

Confidente can also reveal that Nust has accepted his resignation.
In a letter written to Garde by acting Vice Chancellor, Andrew Niikondo, Garde was informed that his last day of service would be August 5 2020.
