NWR introduces Independence Special to encourage domestic travel

NAMIBIA, known for its magnificent landscapes and diverse animals, is a popular dream destination for tourists worldwide.

However, many Namibians have yet to discover the wonders within their borders.

Recognising this untapped potential and attempting to address concerns about the cost of domestic travel, Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR) has launched the Independence Special, intended to inspire locals to discover the beauty of their own country.

The Independence Special encourages Namibians to discover the beauty of their nation by providing significant savings on lodging at all NWR venues.  The scheme addresses Namibians’ concerns about the country’s high cost of leisure travel.

The Independence Special, which begins on March 1, provides significant savings of up to 60 per cent. The initiative seeks to make tourism more accessible and cheap for Namibians, allowing them to enjoy Namibia’s various landscapes and unique species.
