Okakarara cop kills wife

A 35-year-old warrant officer of the Namibian Police (NamPol) at Okakarara police station Theodor Von Schacht allegedly battered his wife Daleen Dolency Von Schacht on the eveningof Saturday May 29 who subsequently died the following day.
According to a family member that preferred anonymity, Von Schacht was allegedly having drinks with two of his friends at their house before an argument erupted between him and his wife.

“He was sitting outside have beers with two of his friends then they started arguing. Theodor (Von Schacht) drove off with his friends and after a short while she (wife) left the house on foot,” he said.

Von Schacht allegedly then returned with one of his friends but only to leave again and also requested for a blanket from one of the children at the residence before he leaving.
