Omaruru Council sues ex-CEO for N$1 million

OMARURU Town Council is continuing its fight in the High Court in Windhoek to have its former CEO, Paul Ganaseb, cough up nearly N$1 million on the grounds that he authorised payment to Rebirth Investment CC without the council’s approval or knowledge.
