Onesi health centre in dire straits

A man from Onesi in Omusati region, Evaristo Ihepavali, who on August 21 visited Onesi healthcare centre, has complained about the “inhumane” treatment he says he received at the institution.

Ihepavali told Confidente that he was taken aback when the nurse who was assisting his son told him that were no health passports or paper so she was going to write the medical report on a piece of a cardboard box.

“My son had an accident on the evening of August 21 and my wife and I had to rush to the hospital. When we got there the nurse that was assisting us told us there were no bandages to wrap the wound and she had no gloves on either.
