ONGOS Valley have remained tight-lipped on their projected takeover of Tura Magic Sports Club.

Conflicting reports have since come out stating that Ongos Valley are only interested in buying a stake in the cub, which is believed to be worth between N$2 million and N$5 million.

Tura Magic Sports Club consists of the men’s team Tura Magic FC, which competes in the Premier Division; Tura Magic FC Ladies, which competes in the Women’s Super League; Namib Colts, which competes in the Khomas Second Division; Tura Magic Juniors, which competes in the Khomas Youth Football League; and Tura Magic Netball Club, which competes in the Khomas Netball League.

Following the acquisition of Tura Magic Sports Club, the name will officially be changed to Ongos.

Tura Magic Ladies FC was founded by former Brave Gladiators coach, Jacqui Shipanga, as the Jacqui Shipanga Academy (JSA), and it is the most successful female team in the last five years, having won three consecutive WSL titles as Magic and one as JSA.
