Oshakati gets 40-bed field hospital

OSHANA governor Elia Irimari said the support of the private sector is very important to help fight the coronavirus pandemic in Namibia in order for things to return to normal.

Irimari said this on Wednesday at Oshakati during the donation of  a 40-bed capacity field hospital situated at the Oshakati State hospital by the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI).

“The 40-bed capacity field hospital at Oshakati State hospital, is a very significant donation in our fight against the novel coronavirus, hence I would like to commend the Namibian government through the Ministry of Health and Social Services and the NCCI together with the sponsors of this valuable partnership for this great donation.
