PDM leader ready to help the youth

POPULAR Movement Democratic (PDM) Member of Parliament, Inna Hengari has said that her office is currently in partnership with a number of organisations to run programmes and initiatives this year, aimed at giving young people a real chance at employment.

Hengari also serves as shadow Minister of Youth, Sports and Employment Creation for the main opposition party.

Speaking to Confidente, the 26-year-old politician said that as a youth herself she will continue to advocate for job opportunities for young people, with the reintroduction of the motion on youth unemployment in parliament.

Hengari also added that her office is open to tackling the youth unemployment with any agency including that of the presidential advisor on youth matters and enterprise development in the Office of the President spearheaded by Daisry Mathias.
