Police officer nabbed for stealing fuel

A33-year-old Namibian police officer was recently arrested for allegedly stealing state fuel from different police stations and selling it to taxi drivers in Windhoek.

The suspect Constable Domingo Kambinda Ndara from Nampol’s K-9 Dog School appeared in court on Monday and was denied bail as the matter was remanded to August 3.

Khomas Nampol’s spokesperson, Warrant Officer Silas Shipandeni laid out the charges against Ndara as follows:
